By providing customers with individualized, diversified and standardized service, YST has achieved own development in the process of helping customer to increase values.
Service Network
YST has established comprehensive service coverage network and mature supporting system in China. Leveraging its industrial leading IBOSS operational management system, YST is extending whole service processes and supporting system such as standard staff training, spare parts maintenance, supply logistics and technical supports into the global market. When entering to a new country or region, first thing we do is to establish customer service center that integrating the functions of spare parts, maintenance and technical support to ensure local technical service delivery.
Relying on existing service, maintenance, spare parts, training, call and software systems, we will continuously invest and strive to optimize customized service.
Maintenance Center
YST's maintenance department has achieved ‘local maintenance via self-sufficiency’ in every province across China. We will establish our own maintenance centers in every country and region where we operate to guarantee local maintenance requirements.
Call Center
Based on management system and 5G mobile communication technology, YST has built the first comprehensive call center in the industry that integrating management of equipment, worksheet, time and service.
